WRA and RCGW commence the second phase of hydrogeological assessments in Turkana and Marsabit counties.
The Water Resources Authority (WRA) and the Regional Centre on Groundwater (RCGW) have commenced the second phase of hydrogeological assessments in Turkana and Marsabit counties.
The assessments will map subsurface geology, measure aquifer extent and productivity, and develop Aquifer Development and Management Plans (AAD&MPs) for the Lotikipi, Napuu, Walda/Rawana and Logologo-Shuur aquifer systems.
