National Project Steering Committee Meeting — Nairobi

The National Project Steering Committee (NPSC) convened in Nairobi to review progress reports from all implementing agencies and approve the work plan and budget for the next implementation cycle.

The committee reviewed physical and financial progress across all five target counties and provided guidance on cross-cutting issues including gender inclusion, environmental safeguards and community engagement.

The next NPSC meeting is scheduled for Q3 2026.
